4、Process flow and precautions for manufacturing water cooled plate products:
1. Product design: The design and manufacturing process of water-cooled plate products should consider many factors, not only the selection of materials, the impact of flow channel structure on heat dissipation, but also whether the product structure meets the welding process. During the product manufacturing process analysis stage, we need to ensure that: 1) the butt clearance and flatness of the cover plate and substrate before welding meet the requirements of friction stir welding; 2) The welding depth affects the welding deformation, and the position of the welding tail hole needs to be determined in advance; 3) Welding is generally used as a pre process, with machining allowance left on the surface of the part.
