Energy Saving Advantages:

1. Pressure holding + operation mode, saving about 70% of energy consumption.
In pressure holding state, the motor speed is reduced, thereby lowering electricity costs and reducing oil temperature rise.

2. One power unit can drive two machines,two machines share one energy-saving hydraulic power unit.
Through valve group control, one hydraulic power unit can simultaneously serve two machine tools without interfering with each others different work cycles.

3. Compact structure, saving oil and space.
For the same output, the hydraulic power unit requires only about 30% of the oil storage capacity of conventional units, saving two thirds of the oil, and reducing space usage by about 60%.

4. Fast response capability, improving production efficiency.
The response time from pressure holding to maximum displacement operation is about 0.1 seconds. It adopts a European ABB controller, German sensors, and a sensitive detection system, together with a Taiwanese plunger pump. With low inertia at low speeds, it can switch between stop and run within 0.1 seconds.

5. Constant temperature stability, reducing machine tool wear.
Through pressure monitoring and load status, it supplies only the necessary flow when needed.

6. Simple operation, directly connecting to the CNC operating system.
