May 8, 2014 - Ningbo Youzhi Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. was established, focusing on energy-saving hydraulic stations and automated fixture research, development and manufacturing.

FSW Division Established
Focusing on FSW tooling research and development. Established Friction Stir Welding Division. Youzhi team entered the FSW field in 2016 and actively cooperated with China Aviation CFSW, becoming the FSW center in East China to provide FSW tooling and equipment for customers in East China region.

April 4, 2019 - China's first five-axis FSW equipment was jointly developed and completed by China Aviation CFSW, IKD Co., Ltd., and Youzhi Technology, and applied to IKD's production line.

December 2022: Youzhi Annual Sales Exceeded 100 Million RMB, Entering BYD System
In 2022, Youzhi achieved major breakthroughs in the FSW equipment field. In terms of small FSW equipment and fixture manufacturing, more than 200 related solutions were provided, achieving mass production of many new energy shells. Youzhi entered BYD's production supply system.

In 2023, Jinrun specialized in R&D and manufacturing of high-end CNC machine tools and FSW equipment, strategically cooperating with the General Institute of Machinery, integrating Taiwan Ph.D. team resources, accelerating intelligent equipment industrialization through "R&D-production" collaborative innovation.
