On the morning of June 16th, a delegation of teachers and students from Ningbo Vocational and Technical College came to our factory for learning and exchange. Our company's President Zhang, President Chen, Yang Factory, Hu Gong, and others received the visiting teachers and students in the conference room.

Mr. Chen first extended a warm welcome to everyone's visit and hoped that the students would have some gains in their future learning and communication.

The team leader of the college expressed gratitude for our warm reception and hoped to have the opportunity to jointly practice or cultivate technical talents with high-tech manufacturing enterprises such as Youzhi&Jingcheng, so as to explore more and better employment fields for students.

At the learning exchange meeting, Mr. Hu explained the process principle and application cases of friction stir welding through PPT and video.

Our Yang Factory introduced our major production workshops and main technical positions such as friction stir welding processing, welding tooling, and hydraulic station. I hope that students can learn technology well and display their skills in technical positions in the future.

At the end of the meeting, President Zhang delivered a speech thanking the college teacher for leading the students to Youzhi&Jingcheng for learning and exchange, praising the students' positive attitude towards learning new technologies. I hope that the students in the technical school who are about to enter the society will have the opportunity to stay at Youzhi&Jingcheng for internship, learn a new technology, have a unique skill, and have a better development plan for their own lives.

Youzhi&Jingcheng has been committed to the application and promotion of friction stir welding technology, providing customers with an overall solution for friction stir welding projects from equipment, tooling, to process planning, so that customers can efficiently and quickly enjoy this advanced welding process. On the other hand, in view of the current shortage of practitioners in the industry for friction stir welding technology, especially the shortage of technical talents, Our company is planning to cooperate with experts from the China Aviation Sai Foster Institute of Technology to cultivate and transfer friction stir welding technical talents to the society. It is another graduation season, and we welcome graduates and interns from major technical colleges to join Youzhi&Jingcheng.
