The two-day Youzhi&Jingcheng Phase IV Friction Stir Welding Exchange Meeting was a complete success. First of all, Wang Gong shared with us the materials of friction stir welding products and the casting aluminum process technology, and combined with our actual cases, provided us with a process analysis and a full supply of dry goods, benefiting greatly

Song Gong, our automatic chemical equipment design engineer, came on stage to share and display our various types of friction stir welding equipment design cases, explaining the advantages and precautions of automatic equipment in detail, allowing us to have a more comprehensive understanding of automatic welding equipment, and thank you for sharing! In the morning of the second schedule of the exchange meeting, Gu Gong, Senior Engineer of China Aviation Safest Equipment, gave a lecture, explaining the characteristics, product application, operating skills, and equipment maintenance of friction stir welding equipment, all of which were dry goods

In the afternoon, there will be an on-site demonstration of friction stir welding technology. First, I will take you to observe and introduce the product process being welded by our friction stir welding processing center

Master Stone explains the functional characteristics and common parameter settings of the friction stir welding equipment system on site

In the process demonstration section, our stonemason will demonstrate various friction stir welding processes and precautions, and guide guests who want to experience on-site welding samples

Guests carefully experience friction stir welding machine adjustment, parameter setting, and welding process

Here, our project manager is seriously introducing our project product welding process to the guests
